Instead of building in stealth, we're shipping small experiments and letting real usage data guide what becomes a full product.

The Traditional Approach

Most SaaS companies spend months building features before showing them to users. By the time they launch, they've invested heavily in assumptions that may be wrong.

Our Approach: SaaS Radar

We built an internal tool we call SaaS Radar that helps us discover content opportunities and validate product ideas before committing to full development.

How It Works

  1. **Keyword Discovery** - We scan search trends, Reddit discussions, and developer forums for pain points
  2. **Opportunity Scoring** - Each opportunity gets scored on search volume, competition, and relevance
  3. **Quick Experiments** - We build minimal landing pages to test interest
  4. **Data-Driven Decisions** - Real signup data determines what gets built

This approach has already surfaced several products in our pipeline.
